I like the dynamism. I can almost imagine her moving. Her pose is also good.
The only bad point I can see here is color of her skin. It is just too pale, like she was ill or something. It looks unnatural a bit but it does not disturb much. At first, I even did not put attention to it.
You had good idea to paint white grass on the rock. There is no background but drawing it makes me able to imagine the situation.
In conclusion, I really like this art. It is fantastic. I really, really would like to draw like you!
